How Parents Can Help When Children Worry

A Note to Students, Parents, and Families...

We are currently in an unprecedented situation that has challenged us in many ways. Emotionally, we may be feeling anxious, worried, upset, happy, etc. Physically, we may feel restless, tired, or more well-rested. Whatever it is that YOU are going through, I want you to know that it is OK to feel that way and it is 100% valid to feel whatever it is you are feeling.

During the time that you are away from school, I will be available to you to provide you with resources such as relaxation techniques, online meetings, and opportunities to check in with me if needed.

Just like in school, my main priority is YOU and to provide YOU with what you and your family may need during this time.
